INSECURITIES

I am giving up my time talking about the issue that affects a lot of people in our community, it is even considered as normal people being insecure on certain things and only few succeed to be secure on what they like and what they do. If we will look out to the world today we will see that almost all people are doing things because they have thought the thing will look good to the people and they will not receive any critics from what they have done.

FOLLOW ME ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA

Where am I going with this, the same place you are thinking, I am going to tell you to do things that make you happy and not what make other people happy, there have been a habit of saying things like, I am going to shut their mouth by being successful in the most paying career, you are making it there but what next, you are not even enjoying working there, you become even more depressed with that than even how you were depressed with their words.

The world now is full of people who think what they do, they like or what they belief is the best and is the only right thing, they forget that anyone can make anything right and best, they are complementing and even more than complementing but forcing people to be as they are forgetting that life doesn't work that way. Life has different packages to us even if we were born on the same day, by the same mother and have been living in the same house.

If life has started giving you happiness before others share with them, if life has given you a chance of success before others, never exploit them or being arrogant to them, and like wise if life has not chosen to give you the happiness until now never be jealous of others because the more your package of success become late the bigger it is that is why it takes time to be delivered to you.

Life is full of different people, some are there for you, some aren't, some are there partially some are permanent, but they are all important and they come into your life for a reason, if not to give you the best memories then they will give you the best lesson, appreciate them, be aware of the fact that the best way to learn something is through experiences and crying because of something is not bad and is totally acceptable but please when you cry for it cry hard and harder so that you will never cry for the same thing again.

I don't want to write a lot but I have two more things to tell you today, if you are in someone's life just because you think they will be hurt when you leave please leave them and hurt them once than staying in their lives and hurt them everyday, and remember what you are doing is very important and is the best thing, whatever comes into your mind before thinking about what other people will say is the only thing you are supposed to do, you are not there to impress anyone but you are there for you and those who are genuinely with you.

Be appreciative to anything in life because the best gift that life can give you is a lesson to learn no matter how.

Sometimes you deserve better …

For so many times it has happened to all of us that we ask for something that we think is going to be enough in our lives and we don’t get them, we spend a lot of time to apply for a certain job and we don’t get it, we are standing at nights praying to God and do all what is needed to make ourselves close to God so that we can get what we think is good for us and still we don’t get it. Think about how many time you have asked something you think that is very important and very satisfying to you and still you don’t get it or you get it and then turns to be not as you expected. We become so frustrated that what is best for us is not with us, and we start blaming without critically think what will happen next or what could happen if we got that thing.

How many times we think that two millions is going to be enough for us for this month and as soon as we get them something happens and we ask for two more millions, that is because we don’t know what is best for us and we think that something is best for us and we should think and have our own plans but what if what we think is best for us becomes not what we get, or comes in different way than how we expected, you may ask for a degree but what if it comes with illness, it won’t the best option for you but we always don’t think things like that, we only ask for money and that is it, we don’t know if money can come with accident, we don’t think about if we got accepted in that scholarship maybe there is an accident or maybe we missed it because in the college you are going to study you will get a bigger and better scholarship than that

Sometimes what we think is the best for us, is not, it doesn’t matter if we realize it or not. The only one who knows what is best for us is the one who gives us what he know is the best for us and sometimes after we miss what we were thinking that is best for us he is then giving us what we deserve, that is actually best for us not in thoughts. Sometimes we want relationships with other people and we miss them and we get other people, just know that, that is not bad luck, instead it is what is better for you.

We deserve better and God knows that we deserve better and he know what is better for us and he gives what is better and not what we want. So instead of blaming after we didn’t get something, and cursing around and give up we should all be grateful with what will happen next and appreciate that God gives us what we deserve and as we know we deserve better than we always want

From now on we should ask what we want but we should not blame when we miss them and instead let’s look forward to work on what God has given us and make it our wishes and live happily from it as the reality of life is none sees tomorrow or what will happen next and only there is weather stations and not future stations, none predicts your future or none predicts it correctly at least.

Imagine how many people when you were a kid have been telling you that you will be a good doctor, or a lawyer, or a journalist, or an officer, or a business man, but things have turned into something different and even your passionate have changed? That is to prove that none can predict your future so stop listening to those people who are telling you that you should do this because you will be this, how do they know. Weather is predicted by using different aspects and it doesn’t turn out 100% as predicted so how do you think someone is going to predict your life by using only one thing he/she saw only once in your life.

How many people have told you that you will be an accountant because you were very good in 1^st grade mathematics but you became very bad in 10^th grade mathematics, that is how life goes we always struggle, spend most of our times to study science, we pray every time and ask to pass our science but we fail them and we pass art subjects and we blame ourselves for that and people around us blame us and they think that we are meaningless because we study art and in the future times we find ourselves the best artists ever, so that will teach you how to be appreciative with what you have and work on it to become better you

I spent a lot of my 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th grade time to study science that I could barely pass on every test, but I couldn’t what the future holds for me and until I was chosen to study in business school that I didn’t have to study chemistry, or physics and Biology had nothing to do with me, that is how life is you don’t get what you want, but you get what you deserve and always remember you deserve better and the only one who knows what is better for you is the one who gives you.

All that time we use regretting of what we have missed, we could use that time bettering what we have gotten and see where the future will take us through them, many people are failing spending their time to think of what they have done wrong in the past and never enjoy their present and never build their future. Past is somewhere to refer and learn from what we have done and not somewhere to live, we learn from the future to make our future a better place for us

I have three things to conclude with, always when life gets hard, measurable and tough, remember there is always a happiness after sorrow, when people talk on your back remember dogs bark on something they can’t reach and when you don’t get what you have been always asking for and spend all your time building it remember sometimes you deserve better

Everything is a chance to learn

Learn to take out something from everything

"You should never stop learning because life never stops teaching" is one of my favorite quotes to ever happen and people do not understand this and they think maybe you should always seek for scholarships to study or apply for classes to learn subjects, but the reality is not that, to learn is everywhere, you don't have to be in class to learn, you don't have to apply for colleges or workshops to learn, that is why I am always saying that you should make everything an opportunity to discover new thing

Learning new things also is one among those habits of a growth mindset, so we should always set our minds in a way that they can learn new things and to never be fixed on a certain belief or experience but to see the reality of something and decide whether they were right of their thoughts or they becoming right now. Learning new things is one of the most important things to have as you will be stable

You can learn things either automatically or you have to put efforts so as to learn something, automatically learning is mainly from things that will make you automatically learn, example when someone tells you a proverb that clearly states something you will learn directly from that and that will be automatic without putting any effort in it

But somethings you have to be careful and carefully consider something so that you get out things from things that do not seem to have something to learn from. For example, any journey you go for not learning purpose seem to have nothing to learn from but if you take everything yo meet during your journey seriously you will absolutely get something to learn

The idea of learning from everything has put me in a situation of feeling empathy to all people, it came until I am in a situation now I can't go out without learning something from the environment and that makes me o help at least three people on m way to anywhere and no matter what or how busy I am, I am always there to help people as long as they need my help

Learning new things also makes you curious about something and you will get an opportunity to keep yourself busy, as you may want to know more something you have seen and hat will keep you with extra work to do and that will keep you away from being unproductive.

Also trying to learn from everything will give you some opportunities, there are some opportunities that are maybe hidden and require your efforts to find them, so if you have a habit of learning from everything will ease your process of finding those opportunities and also being curious will make you get some important connections that other people may not find them

So we can see that trying to learn from everything maybe a very important thing and may give us some important things that are rare to be gotten. So we all should be learners, and the good thing is everyone can b a learner on, either way, if you fail in school that doesn't mean you are not good in learning, that means maybe you are good at learning in different ways.

Happy mother's day from around the world

Happy mother's day | always a pleasure to have you.

Since then we don't have host moms anymore [they became our Moms now], Our Moms have been a support to us whenever we needed support, they have been out motivation whenever we have to deal with something, they have been our cheerleaders whenever we need ones. Our Moms support us and I believe they will always support us because we are families now, we love each other and of course, we miss each other.

Our Moms have that thing in common that only exchange students can understand, opening their houses to total strangers and welcome them in, accepting all things their culture, their way of dressing, their ways of eating, their challenges, and be there for everything they go through and transform to be a family member and merge their hearts and become inseparable. 

 For 2020's mother's day, I found out that we still need to show love to our Moms, we still need to appreciate all they do to us even if we are not with them. And what I learned from my Mom being appreciated can be very important than anything you can provide, I wanted to join all exchange students to appreciate our mothers, and all of us are wishing a very happy mother's day

"To us you are like heroes who could do anything to save exchang students, to us you are like our second halves we can not live on our own, to us you are like our phones we can not live a second without you, yes now and forever" 

For that reason we are featuring you below, not everyone had time to send their Moms but these few represent the whole group of exchange students. We all wanted all host moms to be there but for some reason that is above us, we are using these on behalf of all Host Moms.

FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO TANZANIA

Understand LESCOTA-Tanzania | Make your country proud and put it in this worldwide team to help communities

As I have always been telling you on the importance of helping and giving to our communities, a lot of people have heard it and they are really willing to help their communities, here is the opportunity to help, it is a campaign of building schools in rural areas, take this as an opportunity to help your community, and as starting here is the team helping a mango school construction in Ruvuma Tanzania

Short information about the organization

"An organization's mission is to support rural children reaching their full potential. To work towards our mission we have set several projects and objectives. FOOD AND NUTRITION The objective of this program is to help parents improve nutrition by demonstrating how to use garden produce for the most nutritious meals. Teach the basics of raising poultry. Help assemble, plant, and harvest household container gardens. PARENT WORKSHOPS The objective of this program is to conduct interactive workshops with pregnant women and parents amongst a topic from health, food, nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention. CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE The objectives of this program are to help construct, paint, repair, and maintain classrooms, libraries, and community centers. Install solar panels, making quality learning environments for rural children. CHILDCARE The objective of this project is to establish the foundation for life-long learning at preschools for three- to six-year-olds. HEALTH CARE The object of this program is to care for pregnant women and help ensure thriving pregnancies and healthy deliveries. Provide patient care, health screenings and checkups, lice treatments, dental and eye exams, and de-worming treatments. Teach basic health care using the text, “Where There is No Doctor." TEACHING ENGLISH The objective of this program is to tutor pre and primary school students in English since English is the language of instructions and language of opportunity"  Read more about them

Talking about construction repair and maintenance the team is in Tanzania and has organized a campaign of constructing Mango school in Mbinga, Ruvuma Tanzania.  Lescota NGO director - Maurus, has placed a call for help at an online volunteering platform, provided by UN. 
This resulted in the cooperation of seven (7) people from different countries around the world who are willing to help different communities, among those countries, are Brazil, Philippine, and Italy. One of the things they are dealing with is making sure that children in the villages are getting proper education by helping them with library stuff and building classrooms.

This is an inspiring example of how people from all over the world can help, even during the COVID-19 lockdown. Their virtual flight landed in Tanzania, Ruvuma in Mbinga village where they found a very outstanding village and they aimed to help the school system of that village, interestingly, the villagers of that village showed the needs of their children to study and they cooperated to make their own bricks and they need little help to finish the school library and hands washing area to be ready for the new school season ahead
