All leadership skills are important, but what is the most important leadership skill..?

The research shows that 65% of the population says that communication is the most important skill, many people say if there is no good communication, there is no leadership or anything that will be going on. As one of the most common Chinese proverbs says “not the fastest horse can catch a word spoken in anger”.

When we look at different aspects we can see that there are a lot of things that are important for a leader to have as when we talked about the mindset we saw that to be a leader one has to have a growth mindset. And because of this, there is no one skill that is needed to be a leader but what is needed is the spirit of giving out to the world and stand for the people more than for your own interest.
