How to conduct your thing until you are done…?

When you want to want to conduct an activity, you have to get into it with all your heart and commit yourself to it until it is done, by that you will be able to do many things in a short period of time. Committing yourself into something maybe a little a problem because you may find other things to do, and probably you may think that you better give up than to continue doing it. 

Here I am going to show you important tips that will help you to be accountable by doing your things faster and with high quality. Consider the following tips to make sure that you are shortly stuck with something until it is done and to do many things with high quality

1.        Find things that can go together

Prior to getting yourself into a task find things that go together, this step will help you to know things that you can work together. For example, you have a job to write a proposal and to write a report you can put them together and when you get into a computer you can work them together instead of starting working on a computer, then somewhere else and then come back into a computer.

2.      Ignore what isn't important

As you are encountered with a lot of things to do you probably may wanna exclude not very important things. After you have eliminated not important things then you can go on with important things first. Learn more about how to choose important things here

3.      Set a deadline

If you want to complete your task at a reasonable time and finish it you have to set a deadline, because normally when you have a deadline you will have all the efforts needed to accomplish a task before a deadline. 

4.     Don't worry about how many things you have to do

As you have chosen this one as your priority, for now, you have to concentrate on this one and you shouldn't care about what other things you have until you are done. Learn more about how to choose what to do first here. And once you are done with a current task you can go on with another task.

5.     Start early

Make sure you start your task as early as you can so that you don't have to worry about time, and ever since you have put your deadline in the third tip, starting early will make you along with your time. Starting early also can be interpreted as early in the morning so you'll have to wake up early in the morning and start your task

6.    Break a bulk of task into small manageable tasks

As a leader you have to make sure that you are always accountable as accountability is among the leadership skills. You can find all the leadership skills here. For example, when you have to write five reports, don't take it as writing 5 reports, not writing a report, not writing pages, not writing paragraphs, not writing lines, but writing a word. And once you start a word, and another one and another one you will soon finish your task but if you take it as 5 reports you will find it boring and you will not accomplish it.

7.    Have a lockdown

Keeping yourself alone will enable you to avoid all the destructions when conducting your task, so a short lockdown will be helpful for you to achieve your set goals to accomplish your task. I suggest you stay in your room, where none can come and say anything to you, or you go to a restaurant and work.
