What organizations to
volunteer on..?
When it comes a time to volunteer you don’t want to
volunteer, somewhere you aren’t interested in, you want to volunteer in a place
where you will be enjoying your moments. After understanding the conditions of
choosing what activities to volunteer on, and know what activities are you most
passionate about you then want to find an organization that will be appropriate
for you.
As you are a volunteer who wishes to volunteer but you are
having a hard time to find the appropriate organization to volunteer on, here I
brought you with different organizations in Zanzibar that you can volunteer and
their requirements.
Zanzibar Yes Alumni Association (ZAYAA)
– it is a
Non-Governmental Organization that involves students who completed their
exchange year in the U.S.A, U.S Alumni under the Youth Exchange and Study program.
But you can be a member of the organization and volunteer even if you didn’t go
to the U.S. This organization deals with many aspects including environment,
abuse, education, disabilities, and many more. You can reach out to this

Up with Community (UCO)
– This organization deals with
empowering women and youths in entrepreneurship. It is mainly based on Tanzania
mainland but has coordinators in Zanzibar and you can join this organization
