INSECURITIES

I am giving up my time talking about the issue that affects a lot of people in our community, it is even considered as normal people being insecure on certain things and only few succeed to be secure on what they like and what they do. If we will look out to the world today we will see that almost all people are doing things because they have thought the thing will look good to the people and they will not receive any critics from what they have done.

Where am I going with this, the same place you are thinking, I am going to tell you to do things that make you happy and not what make other people happy, there have been a habit of saying things like, I am going to shut their mouth by being successful in the most paying career, you are making it there but what next, you are not even enjoying working there, you become even more depressed with that than even how you were depressed with their words.

The world now is full of people who think what they do, they like or what they belief is the best and is the only right thing, they forget that anyone can make anything right and best, they are complementing and even more than complementing but forcing people to be as they are forgetting that life doesn't work that way. Life has different packages to us even if we were born on the same day, by the same mother and have been living in the same house.

If life has started giving you happiness before others share with them, if life has given you a chance of success before others, never exploit them or being arrogant to them, and like wise if life has not chosen to give you the happiness until now never be jealous of others because the more your package of success become late the bigger it is that is why it takes time to be delivered to you.

Life is full of different people, some are there for you, some aren't, some are there partially some are permanent, but they are all important and they come into your life for a reason, if not to give you the best memories then they will give you the best lesson, appreciate them, be aware of the fact that the best way to learn something is through experiences and crying because of something is not bad and is totally acceptable but please when you cry for it cry hard and harder so that you will never cry for the same thing again.

I don't want to write a lot but I have two more things to tell you today, if you are in someone's life just because you think they will be hurt when you leave please leave them and hurt them once than staying in their lives and hurt them everyday, and remember what you are doing is very important and is the best thing, whatever comes into your mind before thinking about what other people will say is the only thing you are supposed to do, you are not there to impress anyone but you are there for you and those who are genuinely with you.

Be appreciative to anything in life because the best gift that life can give you is a lesson to learn no matter how.

Happy mother's day from around the world

Happy mother's day | always a pleasure to have you.

Since then we don't have host moms anymore [they became our Moms now], Our Moms have been a support to us whenever we needed support, they have been out motivation whenever we have to deal with something, they have been our cheerleaders whenever we need ones. Our Moms support us and I believe they will always support us because we are families now, we love each other and of course, we miss each other.

Our Moms have that thing in common that only exchange students can understand, opening their houses to total strangers and welcome them in, accepting all things their culture, their way of dressing, their ways of eating, their challenges, and be there for everything they go through and transform to be a family member and merge their hearts and become inseparable. 

 For 2020's mother's day, I found out that we still need to show love to our Moms, we still need to appreciate all they do to us even if we are not with them. And what I learned from my Mom being appreciated can be very important than anything you can provide, I wanted to join all exchange students to appreciate our mothers, and all of us are wishing a very happy mother's day

"To us you are like heroes who could do anything to save exchang students, to us you are like our second halves we can not live on our own, to us you are like our phones we can not live a second without you, yes now and forever" 

For that reason we are featuring you below, not everyone had time to send their Moms but these few represent the whole group of exchange students. We all wanted all host moms to be there but for some reason that is above us, we are using these on behalf of all Host Moms.

She made me feel welcome to the family even before my arrival and as soon as I met her at the airport, I knew that I am in the very best hands. Jocia, my Host Mom, is definitely one of the nicest people I know and she has some super powers to make everybody feel good and safe. Jocia manages to take the best care of every detail and she never fails to surprise me (for example, my favorite candy was waiting for me in my room the day I arrived). During my exchange year there was not a single time I didn’t feel like at home. Jocia has a beautiful smile and such an altruistic heart that there are no words to describe it. My host Mom was definitely the spotlight of my year, and she did everything in her power to make my stay perfect. And it was so indeed. FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO TANZANIA

Understand LESCOTA-Tanzania | Make your country proud and put it in this worldwide team to help communities

As I have always been telling you on the importance of helping and giving to our communities, a lot of people have heard it and they are really willing to help their communities, here is the opportunity to help, it is a campaign of building schools in rural areas, take this as an opportunity to help your community, and as starting here is the team helping a mango school construction in Ruvuma Tanzania

Short information about the organization

"An organization's mission is to support rural children reaching their full potential. To work towards our mission we have set several projects and objectives. FOOD AND NUTRITION The objective of this program is to help parents improve nutrition by demonstrating how to use garden produce for the most nutritious meals. Teach the basics of raising poultry. Help assemble, plant, and harvest household container gardens. PARENT WORKSHOPS The objective of this program is to conduct interactive workshops with pregnant women and parents amongst a topic from health, food, nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention. CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE The objectives of this program are to help construct, paint, repair, and maintain classrooms, libraries, and community centers. Install solar panels, making quality learning environments for rural children. CHILDCARE The objective of this project is to establish the foundation for life-long learning at preschools for three- to six-year-olds. HEALTH CARE The object of this program is to care for pregnant women and help ensure thriving pregnancies and healthy deliveries. Provide patient care, health screenings and checkups, lice treatments, dental and eye exams, and de-worming treatments. Teach basic health care using the text, “Where There is No Doctor." TEACHING ENGLISH The objective of this program is to tutor pre and primary school students in English since English is the language of instructions and language of opportunity"  Read more about them

Talking about construction repair and maintenance the team is in Tanzania and has organized a campaign of constructing Mango school in Mbinga, Ruvuma Tanzania.  Lescota NGO director - Maurus, has placed a call for help at an online volunteering platform, provided by UN. 
This resulted in the cooperation of seven (7) people from different countries around the world who are willing to help different communities, among those countries, are Brazil, Philippine, and Italy. One of the things they are dealing with is making sure that children in the villages are getting proper education by helping them with library stuff and building classrooms.

This is an inspiring example of how people from all over the world can help, even during the COVID-19 lockdown. Their virtual flight landed in Tanzania, Ruvuma in Mbinga village where they found a very outstanding village and they aimed to help the school system of that village, interestingly, the villagers of that village showed the needs of their children to study and they cooperated to make their own bricks and they need little help to finish the school library and hands washing area to be ready for the new school season ahead
