What effects do mindsets have in leadership..?


Mindsets in leadership......


Leadership is defined as the act of leading a group of people, organization, or a nation. In leadership there a lot of things that are necessary to be followed so leaders and leads are happy with the institution. One of those things that are highly effective in leadership is Mindset, wherein this article we will discuss mindset in two criteria, to the leaders and to the leads and surely both of their mindsets can affect the institution.

LEADERS MINDSET

For leaders, it is even more important to have a well-organized and planned mindset as they are accountable for others and also the institution will be looking at them whenever good/bad thing happens, so leaders need to keep their mindset well in dealing with their leads, sponsors and even the community. I always say the mindset in leadership is as important as a chain in the bicycle, it only moves when the chain is flexible, that means that so as a leader can be an effective leader, he has to have a flexible mindset that can learn and adapt to new things.

Leads/followers mindset

People think when we talk about leadership we only talk about leaders but this are not true, leadership, as it is in the definition, is the process of leading a group – and no worry that group are the leads/followers, so followers mindset is also important in the leading process as they have to work hand on hand with their leaders. So you may ask what are the importance of a mindset to leads in an institution here they are:
  1.        In an institution the most an important thing that will give out the good result is teamwork – so only when all people in the institution have a good mindset teamwork can apply and there will be a good result in the work done by the team
  2. .         Mindset will determine for how long a job should be done – so if the people of the institution will have a friendly mindset then they will complete a quality task for a just a short period. 
  3.        mindset will help workers to work hard when they understand that their minds are not fixed and they can struggle to learn everything

But how do I know if I have a good mindset or otherwise?
This is a very critical question that takes one’s time to understand on which side he/she is standing in mindset, either good mindset or bad mindset, you may have been naming them like that but I am introducing to you a new name that are “fixed mindset” and “Growth mindset” instead of Bad mindset and good mindset respectively.
What is a fixed mindset and growth mindset
