Positive and negative thoughts



What do they mean when they say I am having negative thoughts and why am I having negative thoughts...?

For a number of years I have been had this problem and actually, for the community, I have been living in was not even a problem because it seems normal to everyone and pretty everyone had the same manner of mine that is having negative thoughts. I like to explain having negative thoughts as the act of creating a stereotype but at the same time to overestimating or underestimating someone’s life without knowing the real the reason that made someone to/not do something that you may/not expecting them to do. This problem is the number one problem that ends many relationships that lead to break up of many companies and removing love between friends and lovers?


Let’s take an example, what would you think if any of this situations right here occurs?

 1.    You invited a girlfriend to a dinner, she is richer than you and she didn’t show up you called her and her the phone wasn’t available and when she is available it is only answered and none is taking.

     2.     You called your friend and he never picks up your call you send a text message and he doesn’t respond during the time that everyone is expected to be online

     3.      A person came too you and said he needs some amount of money for living purpose, but fortunately, he is well, and doesn’t seem to have any of the health problems.

So here is what the research show,

8        80% of the people who invite people to attend at something and have their approval but unfortunately they didn’t show up they will have negative thoughts that they either didn’t want to go or they thought that I don’t have something to feed them, and 13% would try to be normal and try to listen to what made them absent from the event, and only 6.8% would take a risky step to go and be supportive and have empathy to try to see if there is anything to help at all, and 3% won’t be sure if they will want to meet that person for such a shame.

-        74.6% of the population would judge someone who is healthy and have all body parts and try to ask for help as a lazy person and tend to run from him because he has every reason to work for his living. Almost 10% are ready to help because they know that sometimes difficulties come to everyone, and the rest would look at the condition of the a person who is asking for help.

-        96.67% of the population will say he is ignoring me and will even take a huge step to not call them again if they called someone and never responded and 5% would try to reach out to close people to see if there is any problem, and only less than one percent will be ok to be ignored.

So as we can see almost 85% of the human population produces negative thoughts over everything, and that is why many relationships end and companies break because people tend to not have positive ideas of what made things to happen and instead they will have negative ideas and tend to end the relationship.


Can I change to positive thoughts..?  How..?


Of course, you can change to be a positive thinker at any time you want, because a human mind s created to adapt and learn from the environment only when a human wants and give everything to learn.


Here is how you can change yourself from negative to positive ideas.

1.  1.    Make sure you keep a smile on your face; smiling is a great way of making you forget any negative thoughts and focus on positive thoughts. As 63% of people who smile force themselves to know that nothing happens with bad intention and force it to be a good thing, smiling will make you think that your friend didn’t come because he met with an emergency and not because he didn’t want to come and that will never take your smile away.

2.  2.     Become a helper and a friend of everyone; if you are ready to help everyone that means you will never judge someone of what he couldn’t accomplish and of course, you will then be there to help him/her. If you will be a friend of everyone that is the easiest way to show your support to others and you will never judge a normal person of not getting basic needs because you will understand what other people are going through.

3.   3.    Try to not depend totally on anyone; if you depend on anyone for everything that will be quite a problem because of yah! You will want him to do everything for you and when once he couldn’t do it for you, you will be stuck saying that he didn’t want to. But if you can do things on your own there is no need to wait for somebody to help you, and if there is, you will not think that they don’t want to do it because you will understand if it is easy then you could do it by yourself.

Advantages of having positive thoughts and not having negative thoughts:

Having positive thoughts is something that everyone wishes all people have it to him but he fails to have it to others, here is how you can be benefited from having positive thoughts:
*     Having a good relationship with family, friends, and co-workers
*     Being a good friend that everyone would love to have
*     Not overwhelming yourself on small things
*     Completing your own tasks and not depend on others
*     Be a helper who is ready to help every one
