How to manage your time as a youth

As a youth living in the 21st century, you may find that a very important thing is time and it is limited as it never waits for you o be ready instead it goes no matter what you have achieved or how much percent of what you planned was actually achieved. So you may want be every good in time management to be outstanding and to keep up with everyday schedules

What can you do to manage your time

Many people are struggling with time management that is obvious, but there are somethings that you can do to keep up with your time 

1. Give every event 5-10 minutes prior

In every event give it 5 minutes to prepare before it starts if it occurs close to you and 10 minutes if it occurs far from you. And by this I don't mean five minutes for preparing to go to the conference, it is five minutes to prepare to prepare to go to the conference. That is if the meeting is at 5pm you have to be there at least 4.50pm, that is what I mean

2. Spend your time as a multiplier

This is a very important method of managing your time, a multiplier rule says that you are squeezing now to release later. Here I mean you want to Finnish your first event early so that to have a lot of time for the next activity. Let's take an example of students who take two tests, you have three hours each, you may want to finish the first test for 2.30hrs to get 3.30hrs for the second test.

3. Be a good picker of your  events

Some times you have a lot of activities to do, you may want to choose important ones to do first and then you can to others. Learn more about how to be a good picker here.

4. Explore

The other way of managing your time is to explore what you are going to do, you can do research on the topic you are going to study so that it takes you a short time to understand and that will save you a lot of time to do other stuff

5. Your time to sleep is fixed

Your 7-8 hours of sleeping should be there to set you free from feeling sleepy when doing your tasks. If you don't get your sleeping time completed you will must feel sleepy when doing stuff and that will make you spend more Tim doing just a small thing.
